Being curious is an important trigger for innovation, if you are curious you tend to explore the world, seek for new opportunities, new solutions. A great prerequisite for innovation also in organizations. But being curious alone is no guarantee for innovation. The curious minds amongst us need an environment where curiosity is valued and encouraged. The most important precondition for such an environment is a feeling of psychological safety.
